Olares One eGPU help and verified setups
If you are choosing an eGPU, setting one up, or troubleshooting a connection, start with the Olares One eGPU documentation.
Start with the documentation
If your setup still does not work, follow the eGPU troubleshooting guide. It explains how to collect the relevant Olares OS diagnostic report or Windows error details.
Once you have the results, create a topic in Get Help > Installation and add the olares-one, gpu, and egpu tags.
Verified setups
The following combinations have completed an application or workload test:

Ask for help or tell us what happened
If your hardware is not listed, create a new topic and include:
- Your operating system and version
- GPU and eGPU dock or enclosure
- Connection path, including any additional Dock or Hub
- What you expected and what happened
- The diagnostic report or screenshots requested by the troubleshooting guide
If the GPU appears in Dashboard, Device Manager, or nvidia-smi, mention whether you also tried an application or workload. This helps distinguish device detection from actual GPU use.
Before attaching files, check them for personal or sensitive information. Remove hostnames, IP addresses, account details, tokens, and unrelated logs.
