Hey there!
We have been chatting back and forth on Kickstarter. I have some good news. So, I recently attached the keyboard and power on the Olaris One box, and I was able to see the Ubuntu login screen. I was also able to SSH into the machine and get the logs file for you. So, right now, I will leave the Olaris one running overnight and we will see, or I will monitor in the morning, and I will also get you feedback in the morning as well. I hope there is no hardware failure. I also used another AI to diagnose this issue and give me below summary to send you guys.
"My Olares One repeatedly hard-freezes, including while idle at the Ubuntu login screen. During the failure, ping, SSH, Olares/LarePass, keyboard, and HDMI all become unresponsive, while the power LED and fans remain on. A forced power cycle is required.
After reboot, CPU, RAM, temperatures, GPU, NVMe, and PCIe checks appear normal, with no NVIDIA Xid, kernel panic, thermal, storage, or PCIe errors found. However, boot logs show temporary unhealthy GPU allocation, repeated
nvidia-powerd
JPAC errors, and a failing
k8s-certs-renew
service expecting kubeadm files on a K3s system.
I collected the official Olares support logs. Please advise whether this is a known software/firmware issue, whether BIOS/EC updates are needed, or whether the unit should be considered for warranty replacement."
