Ticket: Official support for your Olares

When an Olares issue involves system logs, device details, or account or order information, you need a support channel designed to handle that context. Ticket is the official Olares support channel for those cases.

It keeps your request, its status, and the full conversation in one place. For technical issues, you can also attach system logs directly, giving Olares Support more context from the start.

Private support, with the full context

Unlike a forum post, a ticket is not public. You can track its status and keep the full conversation together from submission to resolution.

For technical issues, you can attach system logs directly. This gives Olares Support more context from the start and reduces the usual back-and-forth of collecting diagnostic information.

How to use Ticket

Ticket will be available from Olares Market.

After installing it, open the app and scan the QR code with LarePass to sign in.

You can then create and track support requests through the Ticket app on your Olares or the Olares Space website.

Note: Once Olares 1.12.7 is officially released, update your system before using Ticket. Ticket can run on earlier versions of Olares, but log collection may fail in rare cases. Waiting for 1.12.7 provides the most reliable experience when submitting logs.

Forum or Ticket?

Use the forum for how-to questions, setup advice, and discussions whose answers could help other Olares users.

Use Ticket when the issue is specific to your device, account, or order, or when troubleshooting requires logs or other information you would rather not share publicly.

The simple rule: If the answer could benefit the community, use the forum. If resolving the issue requires private context, use Ticket.
